At The Wink Lab, every appointment is carefully reserved just for you. We understand that life happens and plans sometimes need to change. However, last-minute cancellations or no-shows can greatly affect our lash artists, which is why we have a clear cancellation fee policy designed to protect their time and ensure fairness.
Our team dedicates their expertise to providing you with the best service possible. Because they work strictly by appointment, a missed session becomes lost income and valuable time that cannot be rebooked on short notice. To help avoid a cancellation fee, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

No-shows may be charged 100% of the service booked.
Respecting this policy supports our hardworking professionals and helps us maintain a studio where both clients and artists feel valued.

Fee Structure

Same-day cancellations: Charged at 100% of the service

No call / no show: Charged at 100%

Street refill cancellations: $100

Class cancellations: $50 for extensions; $100 for brow or lash lift classes
These fees are part of our structured cancellation fee policy to ensure fairness for our team.
When No Fee Applies
You will not incur a cancellation fee when:

Full sets of extensions or microblading appointments are canceled more than 48 hours in advance

Any other service is canceled more than 24 hours in advance
Appointment Guidelines
To ensure you’re booked correctly:

If you have less than 30% of your extensions left, you will require a full set (2 to 2.5 hours). Please call us so we can adjust your appointment.

Refills: 1 to 1.5 hours

40% or less extensions: May require an additional charge
Following proper aftercare helps improve retention, and our team is always here to guide you.
Permanent Makeup Deposit
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required for all permanent makeup services. These appointments take up to three hours, and the deposit ensures this time is reserved exclusively for you.
Important Reminder
Your appointment or class registration is only considered canceled once you receive confirmation from us.
Leaving a voicemail or messaging your artist does not guarantee the cancellation and may still result in a cancellation fee.
