At The Wink Lab, every appointment is carefully reserved just for you. We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. However, last-minute cancellations or no-shows can have a real impact on our lash artists.
 

Our team members dedicate their time and expertise to provide you with the best possible service — and because they work by appointment, missed sessions mean lost income and valuable time that can’t be rebooked on short notice.
 

To ensure stability and fairness for our talented artists, we kindly ask that you honor our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be charged 100% of the service booked.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your appointment or class registration and avoid any cancellation fees, please call us at 610-842-2172. We are available 24/7. Kindly save this number in your contacts.

 

Cancellation Fees:

  • Same-day cancellations: 100% of the service fee

  • No call/no show: 100% of the service fee

  • Street refill cancellations: $100

  • Class cancellations: $50

 

No-Fee Cancellations:

  • Full sets of extensions or microblading appointments canceled more than 48 hours in advance

  • Services canceled more than 24 hours in advance

 

Appointment Guidelines:

  • Ensure you have the correct amount of extensions remaining before your appointment:

    • Less than 30% extensions remaining: Requires a full set (2 to 2.5 hours). Please call us.

    • Refills: 1 to 1.5 hours

    • 40% or less extensions: May incur an extra charge

  • Follow our aftercare steps to maximize retention. Our lash professionals are here to help.

 

Permanent Makeup Deposit Policy: We require a non-refundable $100 deposit for all permanent makeup services to secure your appointment. Since these services take up to three hours, reserving this time means we cannot accommodate other clients.

Important: Your appointment or class registration is only canceled if you receive a confirmation from us. Leaving a voicemail or messaging your lash or brow artist does not confirm cancellation.
