The Wink Lab was founded in 2014 by Alejandra Arango and Gustavo Uribe, a dynamic duo driven by a shared passion for beauty, empowerment, and entrepreneurship. With a deep love for enhancing natural beauty and a commitment to education, Alejandra—a licensed lash and brow expert and bilingual educator—has helped shape the beauty journeys of over 8,000 clients and has trained hundreds of students in Pennsylvania.
Alejandra brings years of hands-on experience and a unique teaching approach to every course she leads. She teaches all classes in English and Spanish, making beauty education accessible to a diverse group of aspiring professionals. Her mission is to elevate the standards of the lash and brow industry while helping women build financial independence and successful businesses of their own.
Behind the scenes, Gustavo’s background in International Business plays a vital role in expanding The Wink Lab’s reach and supporting its growth as both a beauty salon and a training academy. Together, Alejandra and Gustavo have created more than a brand—they’ve built a movement focused on empowering women through beauty.
